Suspend the account, authorise our client ID for a short read-only list in your Admin console, and name who inherits the work. The mailbox is read once, counted against what Google reports and checked for completeness before anything is concluded from it — a capture that stopped early fails that check instead of producing a short, confident brief.
Newsletters and bulk mail are set aside, and threads that look privileged or personal are withheld before any model reads anything. What is left is read thread by thread for commitments, dates, contacts and the knowledge that lives nowhere else, and every claim is checked a second time against the message it cites.
The successor gets a brief they can open on day one — where their attention needs to go first, what is due in the next 14 days, what is owed in each direction — with spreadsheets of contacts, obligations and follow-ups and a calendar file of every dated obligation. Every row links to the message it came from.
The mail copy, if you ask for it, lands under one new label in the successor's mailbox and touches nothing already there. The working copy is destroyed within 30 days of handover, or sooner if you ask.
It is a working brief, not a records system: it does not decide what you are obliged to keep, and it does not replace a retention tool your counsel has asked for.

Offboard is quoted per job, not covered by a subscription: the numbers below are what the quote is built from, and what the delivery reports against. Counting is not billing — the quote fixes the price before anything runs. Offboard counts:
- mailbox checks — counted, never billed
- GB of mail
- input tokens — counted, never billed
- output tokens — counted, never billed
- operator minutes — counted, never billed
