What is free, and why

Scanning a drive and reading the full duplicate report cost nothing, on every plan, without limit. That is not a trial — it is how this works. Nobody should pay to clean a drive before they have seen what is on it.

The free plan also builds the cleanup itself — the full list of what would move and how much space that frees — so you can see the whole thing work on a real drive before deciding anything. Carrying it out is the part a subscription turns on.

What a plan changes

Drives remembered. Every plan scans any drive, as often as you like. What a plan sets is how many drives the catalogue keeps between scans — which is what lets it say “drive 14 is 91% inside drives 3 and 7” about a drive sitting in a drawer. Reach the number and you need a bigger plan; you are never charged automatically for going past it.

Cleanups. Free builds the plan and shows you every file in it; applying it needs a paid plan. Paid plans have no limit.

Migrations are priced per job, not per plan

Moving an Airtable base or a Dropbox into Google is done for you, by a person, with a walkthrough of the result at the end. Each job has a fixed setup-and-verification fee (from $1,490) plus a published rate per record and per gigabyte, priced from the first record — a subscription does not include or discount any of it. You see the exact number before anything runs, and you accept it before we start.
